These past few days I’ve been on a healthier diet plan; Which I don’t necessarily enjoy calling it a diet plan since it is more of a healthier life style but call it what you want, it has really improved the way I look and feel overall. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. A salad or two, keeps me on the go.
